环保石灰窑（第一代）

概述：

    往复式出灰机又称托板出灰机，主体为一对对称分部的篦板小车，通过传动装置沿固定轨道作往复运动，托动成品石灰落入炉底料斗内。这种出灰机结构简单、重量轻、容易制造：但其出灰均匀性差，托板两侧易造成死角，调解不及时时，易造成焙烧带倾斜，对下来的粘结料块起不到破碎作用，且托板箱体面积较大，不易密封，容易造成底部漏风而影响炉内气流分部和环境污染。    

在70年代设计和建造的石灰窑中，相当一部分使用这种出灰设备，因后期维护和保养较为复杂，故障率高，需要人工多注意设备状态。

目前国内石灰窑已经基本不选择该类设备。
