概述:
往复式出灰机又称托板出灰机,主体为一对对称分部的篦板小车,通过传动装置沿固定轨道作往复运动,托动成品石灰落入炉底料斗内。这种出灰机结构简单、重量轻、容易制造:但其出灰均匀性差,托板两侧易造成死角,调解不及时时,易造成焙烧带倾斜,对下来的粘结料块起不到破碎作用,且托板箱体面积较大,不易密封,容易造成底部漏风而影响炉内气流分部和环境污染。
在70年代设计和建造的石灰窑中,相当一部分使用这种出灰设备,因后期维护和保养较为复杂,故障率高,需要人工多注意设备状态。
目前国内石灰窑已经基本不选择该类设备。
